Fix CI/CD: remove duplicate apk commands and fix YAML structure

- Consolidated package installation into single apk command - Fixed YAML syntax by removing duplicate netcat installation - Properly structured commands section to avoid parsing errors - This should resolve the 'unmarshal !!map into string' error
