fix: закомментированы webhook уведомления в Drone CI

- Webhook plugin вызывает ошибки парсинга YAML
- Все уведомления (success, failure, deploy) закомментированы
- Можно раскомментировать после настройки webhook URL
- Исправлена ошибка unmarshal на строке 129
